PCOS or Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome is another disease that affects women in the reproductive age group of 15 to 50-55 years, and needs more awareness and attention. In consideration of this, the Trust started an online virtual programme called PCOS 360° that educates women on the various aspects of this disease and helps them in making the lifestyle modifications needed to manage it through lectures, live sessions, email and other assets like an exercise routine. This programme has been designed by experts / doctors from various specialities viz. Gynaecology, Endocrinology, Nutrition, Dermatology, Psychology and Physiotherapy. This programme thus follows an integrated approach in managing this disorder that affects 1 in 8 women. To know more about this programme, visit pcos.gsbsmedicaltrust.org or call us on +91-7715026134.

Today, the Trust is organising a free PCOS workshop / seminar at the Health Rakshak centre, it will be conducted by Dr. Shilpa Abhyankar:
