The Cancer detection camp held on the 12th of April was a BIG success, not just in terms of turnout, but also in the timely participation of all attendees. This is truly a reflection of the growing health consciousness among men! 👏 It appears men have realised that these regular checkups are a key to a healthier future.

The Cancer Screening Camp for Men above 50 years of age is held every alternate month towards the detection & awareness of prostrate cancer, lung cancer and oral cancer.

Dr. Snehal Shah did the necessary ENT checkup. Dr. Jitendra Sakhrani was the attending Surgeon. Dr .Gauri Amonkar did the chest X Ray reporting of all patients.

This camp was sponsored by Mr. Dayanand Kamath in the memory of his mother late Smt. Meera Anant Kamath. Mr. Dayanand Kamath took a lot of interest in the Medical Trust’s activities. He was taken around by the Supervisor Mrs. Neeta Patil and he was very happy to make enquiries about all medical equipment. Smt. Gita Pai profusely thanked Mr. Kamath for sponsoring this camp also and more for his presence during the camp and for congratulating patients for their willingness to participate in the camp.
