GSBS Medical Trust conducted a foot analysis camp for the first time at the Health Rakshak centre of the Trust on the 4th of December.

Unknowingly, due to wrong exercises or using the wrong kind of footwear, we cause harm to our foot and also posture. As a result, there are many cases of foot related complaints, knee and posture issues. The Trust decided to conduct this camp in association with Vissco, to address issues related to the foot, to begin with.

A total of 35 persons attended this camp – 30 were pre-registrations, and there were 5 on-the-spot registrations. These people belonged to the age group of 23 to 65.

Foot scanning was done on the machine that generated a foot analysis report. This report was then sent by Whatsapp to all the participants. In all, 3 Physiotherapists & one Orthopaedic surgeon gave the Rx, advice as per the report.
