GSBS Medical Trust held yet another Cancer Camp for Men at its Health Rakshak Centre. This time, it was under the sponsorship of NKGSB Bank. This 4-stage programme per patient went off very smoothly. The cancer camp for men is meant for the detection & awareness of prostrate cancer, lung cancer and oral cancer.

The first stage of the Camp is usually the Blood Test for PSA. The second stage is the Digital Chest X-Ray. The third and fourth stages are consultations with ENT Surgeon and Uro-Surgeon respectively.
The surgeons present for this camp were Dr. Dilesh Mogre (ENT Surgeon) and Dr. Jitendra Sakharni (Urosurgeon).

A total of 20 patients were present, and the checkup was smooth.

The patients and their accompanying persons were taken a tour around the Medical Trust. As more
advanced and newer equipment are added at the Centre, the Trustees took pride in taking the patients around.

On the whole, this was a highly successful camp.
