On January 22nd 2023, all staff members of the Medical Trust gathered at I. M. Pai Hall (Kreeda Mandir, King Circle) for a day’s education. It was a session on Learning with Fun. Mr. Sachin Kamat was the one who addressed and interacted with the staff members. Problems that the staff members faced were discussed and it turned out so that all problems were solved by themselves. They were made to understand why stress is unnecessarily created and how simple the solutions can be if the problems are faced while keeping aside the ego.

An important lesson the employees were made to understand was that patients should be sympathetically treated. Patients come to the Trust feeling mentally stressed because they are burdened with their own ailments and problems. A smile on the face and a good word to cheer them means half the problem of receiving the patients is solved. And the other half becomes simple and easy.

The feedback session was encouraging. Every employee liked the day’s proceedings. Smt. Gita R. Pai welcomed the group and told them that it is their participation that makes the programme interesting. She profusely thanked Mr. Sachin kamat for bring up the zest for learning among all participants. Sri
