GSBS Medical Trust was blessed to get a new Sonography Machine with Color Doppler at its Dadar Main centre. This was a CSR donation through Federal Bank.

The inauguration of this machine was done on Wednesday, the 5th of February at GSBS Medical
Trust’s Dadar (main) Centre. The Federal Bank Branch Manager of Dadar East Mr. Sony Abraham Kurian was kind enough to respond to our request to do the formalities. President of GSBS Medical Trust Dr. Suhas Prabhu welcomed Mr. Kurian and Mr. Harshit Singh, and briefed them about the Medical Trust. They were introduced to Dr. Rajesh Asnani, Sonologist who is with the Centre for the past 20 years and is a popular doctor at this centre.

The formal inauguration of breaking the coconut and cutting ribbon was done by Mr. Kurian. Garlanding the machine and praying for its long service is also a part of formal rituals. Mr. Kurian and Mr. Singh were happy to see the prominently put up Federal Bank plaque in the sonography room.

Smt. Gita Pai, Secretary & Trustee thanked Mr.Kurian and Mr. Singh for sparing time for the event. She profusely thanked the Federal Bank and its CSR committee for considering supporting GSBS Medical Trust.
As the patients were waiting to get tested by Dr. Asnani, he invited the guests to watch the procedures on a patient. All their doubts and queries were answered by the doctor. We thank Federal Bank once again for this generous donation.
