GSBS Medical Trust has an excellent scheme of encouraging and appreciating its employees by rewarding them for their good work. A special committee was set up to examine the eligibility of The Employee of the Quarter. The H.R. Committee finalises the name after going through all details of the selected persons.

This quarter, Sushma Hotekar, working at the Pathology department was chosen by the committee, to the satisfaction of all.

On Tuesday the 9th, Sushma Hotekar was invited at Unit No. 1 along with Trupti Dandekar, the supervisor of the Pathology department. Trupti said that Sushma richly deserves this award as she is a very conscientious worker, very regular and hardworking.

Dr. Suhas Prabhu, the President of the Trust congratulated Sushma and said that she should now be an example for others and presented a cheque of Rs. 5,000 as a reward.
