GSBS medical Trust is delighted to get an invitation from Sarwajanik Ganeshotsav Samiti, Wadala to hold a Healthy Baby Contest as part of Ganeshotsav Festival. 

 As in the past, Medical Trust is grateful to Dr. Aditi Kare of M/s. Indoco Remedies for sponsoring this activity. Trustee of the Medical Trust, Dr. Sandhya Kamath welcomed the audience and briefly gave the details of medical facilities available at all the centres of the Trust.  Dr. Vasant Shenoy, Dr. Priyanka Shenoy, Dr. Pradeep Acharya, Dr. Purnima Prabhu, Dr. S. G. Shanbhag, Dr. Vivek Pai and Dr. Chavi Koranne did full checking of all children, Dr. Avinash Desai, Dr. Pranjal Kale Sathe and Dr. Ruturaj Patil were the judges of the competition.

Among children below 2 years, Master Manthn Pai, Master Abhishek Samant and Master Varadraj Kamat won the first 3 prizes while Baby Dhritvi Jain and Master Enzo Dsouza won the consolation prizes.

In the 2 to 5 years group Master Vian Kamath, Master Anish Shanbhogue and Baby Shrinika Pai won the first three prizes while the consolation prizes were won by Master Shivaji Wadkar and Baby Shrinaya Shanbhag. The parents of the children were very happy to meet the Pediatricians and got solution for their children’s health problems.

The Chief Guest for the Prize distribution program was Mr. Sumeet Nayak, Chief of Finance of “Happynessfactory “. His practical advice to the parents and the encouragement to the Medical Trust was greatly appreciated by the audience.

Smt. Gita Pai, thanked all the people who contributed to the success of the program. Wadala Mutt authorities and their volunteers, were thanked for the special arrangements, all the doctors and judging pediatricians & M/s. Indoco Remedies.  She also thanked the ladies who came for their voluntary services from GSBS Mahila Shakha. Special thanks was also given to the Medical Trust’s Staff for making all arrangements.

There after all were taken for Ganapati darshan.
