GSBS Medical Trust has developed a system of choosing one staff member every quarter. The HR members analyse in various ways as to who is the best candidate to come under this scheme of “Best Employee of the Quarter” behaviour wise, work wise, dealing with the patients, attitude towards co-employees etc.

This quarter, Mr. Sushil Ingle was chosen for that prize. He gets a certificate of good behavior and a cheque for Rs.5,000. The supervisors who were present on this occasion were Smt. Sampada Bait, Smt. Neeta and Smt. Reena. All of them unanimously agreed to his good behavior. The COO of the Medical Trust Mr. Kishore Acharya said, “Sushil is anxious to complete any given job, never gets into any argument with his colleagues.”

Smt. Gita Pai, while handing over the cheque, said that Sushil has justified his parents in naming him as “SUSHEEL”. A befitting name to the person who has lived up to the name!
