On the 8th of March, Dr.Deepali Prabhat, our consultant gynaecologist spoke on the subject  ‘Life Style“. Nature has abundant food for all.  Consuming fresh vegetable and fruits are the answers to a healthy lifestyle.  Processed food is the main cause of all illnesses.  Good diet with nutritious food and good exercise will always keep one healthy. Eating all kinds of tablets means you are putting too many chemicals in the body which again leads to a bad lifestyle.
